===How to enjoy pork shabu-shabu at Tayutayu===

"First layer" -- Chicken meatballs and vegetables --

Roll the meatballs into bite-sized balls and place them in a pot of broth...

Once the umami flavor has dissolved into the broth, enjoy it with the vegetables.

"Second and third tiers" -- Meat and large platters of vegetables --

The meat will be served shabu-shabu style.Don't overcook it...

It is recommended to leave the vegetables with a crisp texture.

"Fourth stage" -- Finishing with noodles --
